Laky Verf Company (Ozernaya Verf Ltd.), having entered the market in 2005 with the concept of “high-quality construction of customized luxury yachts”, specializes now in the manufacturing multi-purpose speedboats. Yachts of the Company were built under the supervision of Bureau Veritas (BV) and are classified as A-Ocean. Guido de Groot and Frank Laupman, famous Dutch designers in the yacht world, participated in the development of designs for Laky Verf. The result of this creative partnership was the production of modern high-class ships, following all the latest yacht design trends. In the interior workshop with an area of 2,320 sq m., we store and pre-treat wood, prepare cabin layout, process and carry out the final assembly of yacht furniture. Our own furniture production allows Laky Verf to execute orders of the highest complexity.
In April 2014, we launched a new project: 15MJ. This is a modern high-speed boat with good seaworthy parameters; it differs from similar ships by having the best ratio of overall dimensions, technical saturation, and a convenient interior arrangement. The boat is equipped with water jet propulsors with the Blue Arrow control system due to which the boat is easier to steer when mooring: the electronic control system of water jets allows to reduce the boat turning radius even during sharp turns, including a turn at the maximum speed. The advantage of the water jet propulsors, as compared to swiveling rudder propellers and boats with conventional shaft line, is a small draft, a simple and reliable design – here is a non-exhaustive list of the advantages of this project. The construction of the speedboat was completed in 6 months.
The boat is designed in accordance with the requirements of the International SOLAS Convention and the rules of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The boat is equipped with modern navigation equipment, a recovery (point lifting and tipping) system, a quick castoff hook for fast launching/lifting and a raft towing device. The maximum speed of Artic-850 is 40 knots. The boat crew includes 2 people; special staff, 10 people. In May 2016, the Company launched a new project: a 12M multipurpose speedboat with a hull made of marine aluminum alloy. The boat can be operated on rivers, lakes, reservoirs, as well in as coastal sea areas.
